Hey, guess what? In just about 6 weeks we’ll be unveiling some darn cool things and we want to give you a sneak peek of what you can expect to see. It’s one thing to drive by and see it from the road, but just wait until you can walk through the doors…

We’re already to bring you awe-inspiring craft beer and memorable large parties with our scenic event space. We’ve also been shopping around for the best quality local ingredients that will be turned into delicious pieces of art in our from-scratch kitchen. Don’t mind us, just grabbin’ some buns here.

   

In the meantime, there are a lot of moving parts here at NYBP. Tim Mulvey and the entire team have been working their buns off. Remember those bars we mentioned a few posts back? They’re taking shape now. Did someone say taproom? Pretty soon that beautiful black wall will host 16 taps of the finest social lubricant Western NY has to offer.

We’ve got wood.

We’ve got lots of wood! These hand stained planks (by our very dedicated and amazing owners) will hang horizontally along the taproom and brewery. The taproom is going to be the flipping sweet!

Gentlemen, take note – our bathrooms will have multiple escape windows if your date goes poorly. We asked for a ladder to assist in scaling the wall, but apparently there’s something called “liability.”

So, imagine Grand Central Station meets steampunk…that is what you can expect from our main dining room. The focal point of this space will be the most badass horseshoe bar you have ever seen! The bar front will feature these stunning copper panels!

Just wait until you see the chandelier…
